Is this a game for children?

Because the other side is by design a real person, engaging in this web application has real implications. This is a serious game which means that it uses the scientific approach to simulate the domain of social interaction.

How does it work?

During a meeting in Beseda, the conversations are structured to keep the interaction on track. The navigation in the graphical interface is equivalent to the shared attention of the participants - each side knows where the focus is, no need to assume. The interaction is slowed down so that the participants can focus and contribute. It is unlike other messaging services because it needs your full attention and active engagement. You privately select your intention for every move so that you can achieve very precise communication and optimise the return on your efforts. Finally, you obtain a personalised report on your behaviour in the system to understand where your strengths are and where you can improve. Are you ready to master your social skills?

What happens if the other side doesn't cooperate? Do I get a refund?

You get a refund if your interlocutor doesn't register for the negotiation or mediation. When the other side has registered and you have communicated but have not made progress - there would be no refund. The justification is that the service provider does not guarantee that the interlocutor is capable of using the application or that the interlocutor acts in good faith (to be engaged and to follow the rules). Additionally, the coaching plan is made specifically for you and your personal circumstances, therefore you would NOT get a refund. The team has the purpose of providing you with as much value as possible.
